I'm working on the mailtpl for a new list. In the INFO section I have most
of it using &variables, except for this:

Here using all capital letters would make the list name stand out, and one
can't really put the whole URL in caps. So, is there a lower case version
of &LISTNAME, or a way of making any of these return results in lower case
when one wants?
