I suggest you set up a CGI and have it spool subscription/unsubscription
requests to your Listserv. Subscription=Open is an invitation to spamming
and spoofing. With my suggestion, the setting of the "Subscription"
keyword is irrelevant if you run the CGI under a userid that's authorized
to manage your Listserv server.
