I'm new at this but since everyone has helped me this week I'll give it a stab.

First have the user issue the INDex command to the list
e.g., INDex MyList-L
This returns a list of the archive files. Note the file naming scheme explained on page 115 of the site managers manual. 
Then they can retrieve the particular archive they want by using the Get command. 
e.g., GET MyList-L log0205a
This would retrieve the first week of may for this years archive. Monthly archives do not use a lower case letter after the numerals. So to retrieve this months archive the file would be log0205. 

And..
I just learned this one this morning from Michael Shannon.
If you want the archive as an attached file use
Get ListName FileName F=format

This returns an attached file and the formats are explained on page 141 of the List Owners manual.

I have a subscriber to my Networker list who wants to save an entire
monthly archive via the Listserv 1.8e web site for that list. How does one
do this? Can one do this?
