     Why not set up a sub-list to which only the editors are subscribed.
    Give the address of that sub-list in the Editor or Moderator keyword.
    All messages will go to each editor and each can choose which to
    deal with (A does messages in French and passes over Spanish;
    B looks at Spanish only, etc.)
 
     I can't claim originality in this suggestion.  Others have proposed
    it in the past for dealing with related problems.
