If most of the replies on your list are private or you want user to
make a conscious decision to address the list, you can try:
*  reply-to=      sender,respect

If no reply-to: it will default to the sender...

Each user can create a "nickname" for the list address or cut & paste
from the to: line in the message ...

Also I believe that there is a reply-all feature in Eudora. The only
inconvenient is that the Sender will receive 2 copies. One for the
reply-to: and one via the list address.
