It means there was just one error  on June 17. Of course LISTSERV doesn't
know that more  errors aren't stuck in a queue  somewhere waiting to make
it  back to  LISTSERV  so it  keeps  the  entry for  a  little while  and
eventually it will decide it was just a temporary failure and will expire
it.
