This can't be changed.  LISTSERV indeed upcases hostnames for sorting
purposes, but the bottom line is that any ISP who can't receive mail with
the hostname part of the address in CAPS is non-compliant with email
standards.  Only the local part (left side of the @ sign) is allowed
to be case-sensitive.
