This happens a lot at certain institutions that tell people their email
address is
[log in to unmask]  , an alias, but in fact they are truly
[log in to unmask]

They can receive mail with the "alias", but mail is sent using the jxblow
address and the listserv won't post it.

Delete the alias name.
Resubscribe them using the true address.

OR
subscribe them under both names and set one account to nomail.
