Several owners at SJU in NYC have reported extensive mail (and digest)
delivery problems from our server to subscribers in Germany, Belgium
and Scandinavia over the last 2 weeks.  One owner reported the bizarre
experience of having commands respond and postings fail (to be repro'ed)
to him, which would suggest a null-RCPT spam-filter doing the opposite of
what would normally be intended.
