I didn't read the details (but did save the message in case I want to read
them later) after I saw the beginning about the need to ask the listserv
manager to do some things.  The reason I haven't already edited the
welcome messages for my lists is that I don't want to bother a busy
listserv manager at a university I have no connection with.  If the
lists were here, I wouldn't have any hesitation at all.
