Does anyone know what would cause these problems:
 
     1. I've had about 20 or 30 people complain that yesterday's
        and today's list mail on Roadmap was delivered with a
        header but no body. Granted, 20 or 30 people out of 17,500
        isn't bad, but it is confusing.
 
     2. The other problem, which also started yesterday, is that
        some people are getting their letters "double spaced" even
        though the letters are no wider than 70 characters.
