Dear Listowners but especially Pete Weiss and Jeff Chalmers,

I want to thank you both for your help.

I have since added "Auto-Delete=No" to stop anyone from getting deleted
automatically. However, I've notice that "Validate=No" was assigned before
and adding the "Auto-Delete=No" wasn't accepted by the listsoftware until I
changed "Validate = Yes" and then added the command. It finally took.

However, I noticed something very peculiar, after checking my template from
the server for adding "auto-delete=No" to it. I couldn't change the template
because the server told me there was no password assigned. I was surprised
but I have used the password for the "put" command a few months ago and it
worked with no problem. Today, the server told me there *wasn't any
password* assigned. So, I went through the procedure to assigning the
password so that the "put" command could work. It finally did.

A posting of mine finally went through to the server and was distributed to
the entire list. This hasn't happened since Friday evening. Maybe something
has changed, but for now, I am starting to get error messages coming in.
I'll have to sort this out and find out exactly what the problem appears to
be.

Once again, thanks to all and the only thing I can say, from my point of
view, is that something happened to my password.

Thanks again,

Dan Frezza, SFO
