While I have not seen the problem on any LISTSERV list, on other mailing lists
I have seen a problem when a submission to the list was sent from MCIMail that
when there was an attempt to deliver it to other subscribers on MCIMail, it
was rejected by the gateway because "It is illegal to send mail from one
MCIMail subscriber to another via the Internet."

Have others seen this problem?

Are any of the other commercial services doing the same thing?

Are any of them rejecting mail from other providers, e.g. MCIMail rejecting a
posting by a Compu$erve user?

Thanks.
