As a list-owner, you can issue the following command to your listserv:

INDEX listname

The results will list the notebook (and other) archives (notebooks).

Then you can then issue one (or more) commands e.g.,

GET listname LOG1603

for the March 2013 log, assuming monthly logs.  There may be non-log files which you will want to GET
e.g., listname MAILTPL
