The rest of us on this list are powerless to take you off the list.
All we can do is read the notes that you are posting to the list.
The way to get off the list is to start a new email addressed to
the administrative address of [log in to unmask]
and put the following line (exactly) in the body of the note.

unsubscribe lstown-l

You should receive a confirmation by email that you have been
removed from the distribution list.  The command must be sent from
your personal email address in order to get you off the list.  That
is why no one else can do it for you.
