A subscriber on my list (deafblnd) is unable to post messages. She
receives "The recipient name is not recognized" I assume this is a
configuration problem with her ISP in Australia. Is there
information I could pass along to her that might help her and her ISP
identify the problem?

I also received the following Monitoring report on the same person.
What is status 5.1.2? Are these problems related? She reports
that she is receiving messages from the list.
