Also remember that SIZE(700) does NOT mean that the digest will NOT
exceed that limit.  Any article that would cause that limit to be
exceeded is included in the digest. Thus, with a 700 digest line limit
and a (article) SIZELIM=250, it it conceivable that the digest would be
be 949 lines (plus RECEIVED line headers).
