When I issue commands to ADD and DELETE members to lists, a notification
email is sent to the postmaster (in this case it is me).  I use QUIET in
front of the commands which prevents a notification to be sent to the
member, but is there a way to prevent these confirmation messages from going
to the postmaster.  Can't find anything in the docs about this.
