There are two servers that distribute this list, one in the USA and the
other in Europe.  Both are ACKing your post.

To stop the one you are subscribed to,  send it a SET NOACK or NOACK
REPRO.  To stop the other one,  subscribe to it and set it to NOMAIL
NOACK.
