Well, the [log in to unmask] address didn't work, I got in response a piece
of boilerplate for those who are *already* using LSOFT as a host site,
and nothing else.  The item, which is of no use to me, follows my sig.
What is the address for the sales dept. at LSOFT?   An address which will
get me a personal reply, rather than inapplicable boilerplate?

As to [log in to unmask], that is a list (actually
[log in to unmask] now).  I thought it was the address
of a department, and someone would reply.  Oh, it's a list.  We'll I don't
know that I want the details of my questions about this broadcast to a
list, so I sent some questions to donations_request-request.  Response:
stock "you message has been relayed to listowner, if you were sending a
command .....," and nothing else.  The listowner has not replied.  I reply
to questions sent to listname-REQUEST for my lists, but I guess LSOFT
listowners are above such vulgarity.

How does one get a personal response from someone at LSOFT?  Quite reminds
me of those nasty telephone numbers where everything is automated, you
can get only one of many recordings, no way to talk to a person.

The boilerplate I got for the message I sent to [log in to unmask] follows
my sig.  Not an appropriate response.

- activation/removal of file archives (listname.CATALOG)
- changing the list name
- moving your list to a new site (New-List= listname@new_site)
- importing previous/outside list archives
- importing an existing list from another site
- your Owner address changed and you are "locked-out" of your list
- any change in List Ownership and billing arrangements
- increase in daily message limit beyond 100
- problems with your MGR-listname POP mail account
- any other operations which can only be done by the Server Admin.

This address is NOT for general support questions.  Any such questions
will not be answered.  All general support questions must go to
[log in to unmask]   Queries from persons who are not an EASE-HOME
List Owner will also be ignored.  (i.e. users may not use this address.)
