It was my understanding that a listowner could override the filter
to add a subscriber from a proscribed domain but that the subscriber
would not be able to post but just to receive. However when I went
to my copy of the Version 1.8c listowner's manual to verify that idea
I couldn't find anything on that point. Is this something that I just
dreamed up? If not, where is it described?
