We are running a list for someone else.  I now want to set up our first
list.  The person who received and installed the LISTSERV code is gone.
The documentation he left is old.  Where can I get new doc? (we're at 1.7f)
Which memo should I look at to setup a new list.  Thanks in advance for your
time and attention.
