I tested and Listserv has suddenly started adding "3D" to the echo command.
 
If I send:
 
Echo=No
 
It changes it to:
 
Echo=3DNo
 
I tested it by sending:
 
Echo=3DNo
 
and it changed it to:
 
Echo=3D3DNo
 
What gives?
