I have a friend who is on a Majordomo list that is set up so that if the "footer" on
the bottom of the messages is sent back to the list, the message will bounce (the
assumption is that if the footer is there, the sender has not edited the message
before sending it)  Is there a way to set up Listserv to do the same thing?
