The subscriber who complained happens to work in the IT department that
handles the mail for the server that their mail account is on.  If they are one
of the techs, it seems like they MIGHT know if the college has done
anything with their mail servers lately.  I did suggest that to them as it is end
of term.  Since this was the second or third college and about tenth non-
AOL account that has complained, it is meant more of a "heads up" then
accusing LSoft or Listserv of anything.  For all I know they bought the
same anti-spam software that AOL did, or subscribe to the same database.
