If you control the list (headers) and before this ISP change is in effect;

GET listname LIST (NOL HEAD PW=zzzzzzzz

Edit returned output in a new email message

. add your new RFC822 address to existing OWNER= and perhaps other list
keywords

Make sure you turn OFF (any signatures or other appends (perhaps added by
your mail service)) and mail back to LISTSERV

ADD your new RFC822 subscription address using your old owner privs

Once the change is in effect, and you are satisfied that your list owner
abilities are working properly, go back and use the above procedure (more
or less) and then remove your *old* address from the list keywords and
subscription.

Remember to UNSUBSCRIBE your old address from unrelated lists
(LISTSERV-based or otherwise) while you still can.

Good Luck!
