   Small correction.  The proper syntax for the command is:

      Q listname WITH TOPICS: xxx FOR *@*

   Actually there currently is no way to just get the numbers but the
easy way is to simply QUERY as you have above.  After receiveing the
file back from LISTSERV, simply ignore all but the bottom of the file
where the numbers are reported.
