} I was wondering how can I change the setting in my list-serv so that
} when it reaches the recipients, it has [prefix] Subject, format?

2 steps:

1) Add to your list's header:

* Default-options= . . .,SubjectHdr,. . . . .
* Subject-Tag= The_tag_that_you_want

2) Send to the listserv:

   // job  pwd=your_password
      quiet set subjecthdr for *@*
   // end

} Also, I have my list configured to non-subscribers as it is a support
} list, but is there a way to restrict the incoming mails to a certain
} domain?

Not certain here, but if all posters including subscribers are in the
same domain (or a few known domains), try adding to the list header:

* Filter= *@*
* Filter= allow,*@desired.domain1,*@desired.domain2 etc

There may also be something in the Service= keyword that would work.
