Thank you. It worked! 

Now to get the LCMD template custom code to successfully match the OK
output from the confirmation process. The code sample I have from the
1.8e version doesn't match the OK result message from the 14.4 version.
Do I have to match the hash code, too?

You need a ";" at the end of &+BREDIR-TARGET-URL;
