My subscribers keep asking me questions I can't answer.
Here's the latest.  Can anyone help me/her?
 
   Whenever I ask for a post using the INDEX boilerplate,
   I first receive a "Resource utilization report" telling
   me how much CPU time and other resources my request used.
 
   Is this a function of LISTSERV?  If so, can I turn it off?
   I tried NOACK but that seems to work only for messages sent
   to be posted.
