Several lists have the following option

*  Renewal= Yearly,02/01,Delay(7)

Listserv has deleted dozens of users from those lists, and as the following
representative message shows, even those who confirmed renewal. Is it possible
there was a second renewal request mailed so that the time violation refers
to a second mailing?
