A good (although not as complete as it should be) resource is the
Internet Mailing List Providers' List, which includes free and pay sites.
You can view it on the web at
<http://www.cs.ubc.ca/spider/edmonds/usenet/ml-providers.txt>, or receive
it by email by sending a message to [log in to unmask] with
"get faq ml-providers.txt" (no quotes) in the body of the message.
