I think so, if you have administrator status rather than just listowner
status, but as it automatically pulls in data from elsewhere you had
best be sure what you are doing. I can't tell you how to do it, exactly,
as I have only listowner status.

Another alternative would be to leave out &MESSAGE and insert your own
Dutch phrase, which will be invariable.  That of course will not pull in
the time/date and subject for each item, customising on the fly as it
were, but it will be all Dutch.
