I don't understand something about auto-delete, or perhaps my list
isn't properly configured. Going through my reports, I regularly
find this sort of thing (I've edited it to leave only the problem):

Err= Number of delivery errors received thus far
First= Date first delivery error was received (mm/dd)
Last= Date of most current delivery error (mm/dd)
Subscribers will be automatically deleted from the list when delivery errors
have been reported for a period of 4 days or more, or when 100 delivery
errors have been received, whichever occurs first. Monitoring will cease
after 5 days without any reported error.

The question I have is, if the policy's in force, how come that
user's still "on the list" and being monitored, since it's been many
more than four days, and there were, on June 6, 114 errors being
reported? (There is, of course, no such subscriber listed, and in
fact no remaining "bitnet" addresses on the list -- but the date of
the first error report is May 16, where I'd have expected this ghost
address to have ceased existing, well, years ago.
