Attached is the error report I received for a couple of new subscribers I
subscribed to my list. Although the error message indicates it is just a
warning, what does Deferred: Connection refused by XXXXXX mean? Could this
mean the subscriber's system was down, having "system problems", or the
subscriber's mailbox was full? Connection refused doesn't exact shed a lot
of light. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, will I be notified by
listserv on the final delivery attempt if it is unsuccessful?
