Try sending personal mail to each address, you should get the same
error from whoever is causing the problem...Or at least you can hope you
do. Then set that user to NOMAIL and send an edited copy of the letter
enclosed below. I use it when I get internet problems. It was given
to me by the owner of BELIEF-L when I started my list.
Good Luck!

Dear Subscriber,
Because of recent problems with the network connections to your host, I have
been forced to set your subscription to the *YOURLIST* Revised Listserv
Distribution List to "NOMAIL". This means that you will not receive mail
from the list. I have done so in order to stem the tide of mail-reject
notices which, as owner, I receive in cases like this.
You can reset your subscription to "MAIL" by sending the command
SET *YOURLIST* MAIL
to LISTSERV@*Internet Address* (LISTSERV@*NODE*.BITNET) at any time.
Virtually,
*YOURNAME*, Owner
