        Not to beat this horse, but . . . .

        If the original request involved the need to send out only ONE message at
20:00, and no others, this solution makes sense.  But if the list is
otherwise in full use, wouldn't this use of the PRIMETIME solution (I get
the term from the manual, and I am not confusing it with the header term
"Prime=") be a problem?  I admit I do not recall if the original posting
indicates that the list is announce-only, and needed only for one posting
at 20:00.
