My usual advice follows:
 
1) make sure that your owners know not to reply back
   to all-request
 
2) that you address them as (something like):
 
   To all list-owners of lists via LISTSERV@fqdn
 
3) what the date range of the announcement is
 
4) some might not know they are list-owners or who
   you are
 
5) some might not be within your host's top domain
