Probably not w/o coding a LISTSERV EXIT for your list.

Depending upon your particular list's style, it may be that a SIZELIM=
would help alot.

On many of my discussion lists, I use

SIZELIM= 250

which does cut down on excessive "quoting" as well as typical virus and
other binary encoding of documents.

Simiarly, if you can ID repeat offendors, a

QUIET SET listname REVIEW FOR offendor_addy

could help.
