i was inquiring about requests for approval for messages sent
from non-subscribers for distribution.
specifically, MLA-L has been set so that send is private to subscribers.
MLA-L is also gatewayed to USENET. any message sent from a usenet
reader is sent to ? for an approval.  currently these are being
sent to me as the owner, but not the co-owner. all i can deduce is
that the approval request is being sent to the first named owner
rather than to all owners. i'm just trying to find out how this
process works. please advise if you can. thanks.
