Is there an easy way to screen postings to a LISTSERV list from only a
few selected subscribers?  We rarely have any problems that would
require removing and filtering a user but occasionally a new subscriber
has trouble learning not to post messages that are inappropriate because
they are really personal or because they ought to have been sent to the
LISTSERV or to the editor.  Generally these are novice users who need
gentle guidance.
 
We now screen postings from non-subscribers by using the keywords:
 
*  Send= Editor
*  Editor= [log in to unmask], (FLTEACH)
 
I would like to be able to have LISTSERV treat a couple of subscribers
as if they were non-subscribers so their postings would be submitted to
the editor for approval, at least until they learned some netiquette.
