Due to a massive flood of pressure from online advocacy groups and
individual constituents, the bill (or just the section, my memory is
rusty) was taken off the table for more reworking. It won't be back under
consideration for some time.

However, I'm not confident that the US legislators really understand why
it is we didn't like it. I expect something just as bad in 6-9 months.

The funny thing is, a lot of the UBE I get which contains that wording,
violates the terms of the House and Senate bills anyways.
