As a number of people have suggested, the archive page normally has a "join or leave the list"
link on the front page.  The problem, though, is that the most common reason for wanting to
leave a list is an address change, and once your address is changed it becomes far more
difficult.  I see no way around this, which is why I put a line on the bottom banner saying to
write me if there are problems.  This might be a bigger deal with larger lists, but my 750-
member and 150- member lists don't generate that many problems.
