LISTSERV doesn't normally run afoul of anti-relay measures because when
a list message is sent, the SMTP MAIL FROM is [log in to unmask]
Thus it is a local message to the SMTP server.

It's quite a normal thing to do. It's how POP and IMAP mail clients
send messages.
