  Let someone start a new list, and let them deal with unencoded binary files.
It will last about three days and expire as people get irritated by the files.
Your list is your private forum, and you are allowed to filter whomever you
feel might bog down or botch up your list.
  My net.kook is still at it and I am now filing legal papers against him, and
planning to file a criminal complaint as well for harrassment. I'll let you
know what happens.
