I don't know, but my mail program finds such line wrapping impossible to
work with.  Beyond the 255th character of each line, the rest is chopped
and as a result I often miss things people are saying.  I'd also be
interested in knowing if there was a way to limit the number of characters
per line in the list header somewhere.
