Would it not be simpler to put up a News Gateway and have a News group
for the FoSpeech maniac. And only a mailing list for those who trust the
editor. An open News group is ultimate freedom, including passer-by and
spams...
 
You take care of those that allow editor,hold and let be those who view
that being censorship. You can even tell them to seek News group
approval via News admin and let them live with the NNTP troubles...
