Hi there,

  One of our subscribers has chosen to receive the Digest format of the
list that they are subscribed to.  They have also chosen HTML as the
Digest Format.

  They run windows 98 with office 2000 (outlook 2000).  What happens is
they get the main email fine - but when they click the links (to open
the attached messages) nothing happens.  They have told me that
sometimes they can see the attachments, yet when they click on "Save
Attachments" nothing happens.

  I subscribed myself to this list using the same format and have
experienced similar problems (I can't save the attachments - yet I can
view them).  I use Windows XP with Office XP.

  I am wondering if ListServ sends these messages out in some unusual
format?

Has anybody come across this before?
