Gosh, you have that right!!  I wish I knew what to say.... I had a
similar subscriber not very long ago and was very frustrated.  This
person was collecting "club" information and drew lots of people "out
of the woodwork" over the issue.  After the person collected all the
"information," they unsubscribed.  It's very frustrating.

Sometimes I feel that there isn't anything to do except keep posting
"friendly reminders" to people....  If you can't "educate" one user,
maybe you can make everyone "aware?"  Just a thought....
