Actually, I requested increased granularity in site administration roles.
Many large sites delegate certain aspects of the administration of various
services to individuals outside the central IT organization, however,
LISTSERV site administration is an all-or-nothing-at-all proposition. It
should be possible to grant postmaster-like list administration privileges
to an individual without also granting site administration privileges. At
present, that is not possible.
